DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DELIVERY:

- We ship to every single country in the world.

- Shipping is FREE for UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, UNITED STATES & EUROPE (Exclusions:Ireland, Norway & Germany and may take up to 10 days to be delivered & cost £15. And £25 to Russia and Romania Please email sales@celebboutique.com to confirm if your country is in the list of exclusions.).

- Shipping takes 2 to 3 working days for MOST COUNTRIES.

- All other countries, including NEW ZEALAND & CANADA, are charged £10 - £15 for express 3 day delivery.

- We do NOT offer next day delivery.

- NOTE: We are unable to deliver to BFPO/ APO or any Forces addresses

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you are not we are more than happy to accept your return for a full refund minus the original cost of delivery or a free of charge exchange (one per item purchased) 

3 EASY STEPS TO RETURN

1) FILL OUT THE QUICK FORM that comes with your package.

2) Return your item to the address specified on the quick form within 7 working days (this varies for 'brands').

4) Send via your LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE (Royal Mail/ USPS etc)

3) Receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your return/ be notified of your exchange.

Please note that items must be returned within 7 working days in an unworn, unused, unmarked condition in the original box with all original tags still attached. Underwear, Swimwear, Earrings & Hair Extensions cannot be returned due to hygeine reasons.

Exchanges can only be made for items of the same value ( or higher, upon payment of the extra charges). Where goods are returned for an exchange of a lower priced item than the original, the difference will be refunded as gift cards. Alternatively you may return for refund and then purchase the lower priced item.

Sale items can only be returned for a credit note refund.

FREE SHIPPING: Items advertised as 'free shipping' that are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee. For UK & EUROPE it is £6.00 and for US £10.00 per order under £250.00. Any orders over £250.00 that are returned will be charged this fee per item whilst orders over £500.00 will be charged double per item. 

PLEASE DO NOT REJECT DELIVERY BY OUR COURIER, IF DELIVERY IS REJECTED THEN WE WILL CHARGE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER.
